2020 3PL-change - Pushed for, negotiated and executed the change of a 3PL.

2010-11 Greenfield - Set up the Supply Chain-department incl. staff, equipment and process-landscape.

2007-10 Bottleneck-Management - Bottleneck- and escalation-Management for customers and suppliers.

2008 RFQ Freight - RFQ and tender for european landfreight created, issued and executed.

2007 SAP-introduction- 14 mainframe-systems merged into one SAP-system. Lead für Supply Chain.
